Self-Care Sunday: How to Have a Hot Girl Fall

Summer officially is over. I know, I am sad too. But there is plenty of things to do to enjoy the season change.

  1. Halloween Movie and Chill

Enjoy your favorite Halloween or scary movies! Right now all the streaming services have a pretty good lineup of Halloween-themed movies for our enjoyment. I am not the type to enjoy being scared, but watch your favorite spooky season movie with some popcorn and just chill!

2. Spend Time In Nature

The air is getting cooler and it is the perfect season for hiking, walks, or just sitting outside with your favorite drink and blanket. Just spend time getting some fresh air can put you in a better mood.

3. Chase the Foilage

Probably my favorite thing about fall is how gorgeous it is. I can’t speak for any other regions of the world, but New England has gorgeous foliage. Take a drive or a walk and enjoy the beauty of nature. There is nothing better than cranking up your favorite songs, podcasts, or audiobooks and just going for a nice drive. The views are gorgeous and a lot of states have maps of scenic routes.

4. Spooky Season Things

Do fun things to celebrate Halloween and Thanksgiving. Go to that pumpkin patch, do that corn maze, dress up as your favorite character! You are never too old to have fun and celebrate. Don’t forget your favorite hometown fair. They are always a blast for date nights, family days, or friend outings!

5. Enjoy that seasonal beverage while you can!

Listen, we won’t get into the Pumpkin Spice vs. Apple flavor war. but get your favorite drinks while you can. Limited-time drinks taste even better considering you only get them for a limited time.

BONUS:

Take care of yourself. Pandemic aside, make sure you are taking precautions to keep yourself healthy. Up your Vitamin-C intake, get your shots, cover your mouth and wash your hands! There is no hot girl lifestyle if you are not healthy, can’t be a hot girl sick in the bed!

Obviously, there are tons of fun things to do in the fall and I just covered a few. Self-care is more than facials and massages. Find something that brings you joy and do it. I love the fall for all the fun activities and memories it can bring. And who doesn’t love being able to snuggle under their blankets with their favorite warm drink?? Make sure you take care of yourself in the change of the season.

Thank you for joining me in my soft launch post. I hope to see you all on October 19 when I fully launch the blog. Take Care!
